Arumi Visuals was in charge of the full production workflow, custom content creation, and asset delivery for the event. Our role encompassed the production of the main introduction video and the official event recap video, alongside professional color grading, conducting 1:1 interviews to craft personalized spotlight videos for the winners across 9 categories, and designing bespoke motion graphics to elevate each presentation.
Event Photography Coverage (AI-Powered)
We were in charge of the event photography, and for the first time ever, we launched our brand-new AI delivery feature. This technology automatically notifies attendees the moment they are spotted in a photo. Guests only need to register once; from there, they gain real-time access to the event gallery alongside a curated selection of every photo they appear in. This edition was an absolute success, with over 100 attendees registered on the platform and more than 1,000 photos captured across the 3-day event.
